I’ve trained Stacey a couple of years now, she came to me after been stuck for a while and with a new job looming. Quite a physical job, so she needed to be strong, fit and wanted to lose a bit of body fat as well. 

Stacey was very active, but her job covered both day and night shifts, so her eating was sporadic and we had to get a routine. We allowed for more calories on work days, as she’s a stickler for cracking on with OT, and couldn’t afford to be lacking on energy.

We periodised her training to be predominantly compound lifts with specific weight goals and specifically targeted weaker body parts, coupled with her strengths to keep motivation high.  

Then we added high amounts of cardio to keep fitness levels up. With over 10kg lost, a great relationship with food, and a sound knowledge of how to diet and gain muscle, I couldn’t be happier with the results. There will be more to come that’s for sure.
