I started working with Chris a long while after speaking with him pretty much weekly in the gym. I saw him doing the same things week in, week out making very little progress. He was never ‘overweight’ but wanted to be leaner, but was just ‘spinning his wheels’.

We took a simple approach to his training, working on some areas he wanted to improve, reduced his calories and gained some consistency to reveal what we were working with.

We lost 13kg in total, which on his frame is huge, as you can see. Now we are putting in some real work to gain some muscle mass to further compete in 2020.
